RENTALL alternatives

Five RENTALL alternatives worth a look are HQ Rental Software, Loopit, Coastr, Carz and RentSyst. RENTALL asks for at least 10 vehicles and quotes each fleet privately. Carz has no fleet minimum and costs AUD $7 per rented car per month, ex GST, with nothing billed for cars that are not on rent.

Every fact about another company on this page links to that company’s own site and says when we read it. Where a company does not publish something, we say so.

Where RENTALL stops fitting

RENTALL sells one cloud system to rental businesses in more than 70 countries, covering car and RV hire, car sharing, construction machinery, boats and dealership loaners. Its site (June 2026 copy) does not use the Navotar name.

Its pricing page sets a minimum fleet of 10 vehicles, with exceptions for expected growth, and none of its four plans shows a price. You fill in a form and a quote arrives by email.

For a mid-sized operator that wants one vendor across many kinds of rental stock, neither the minimum nor the emailed quote is a problem. A fleet under ten cars, or one that wants to price the software before talking to anyone, starts somewhere else.

Five RENTALL alternatives and who each one suits

Listed by how often each name came up in AI answers about rental software that we collected on 18 October 2026, with RentSyst, which did not come up in that count, last. The order measures visibility in those answers and nothing more. Each entry says where it fits a fleet moving off RENTALL.

  1. 1. HQ Rental Software

Fits when: You run fewer than ten cars, or want a price you can read today. Its entry plan is sized for 10 vehicles, and it syncs availability with Expedia, Kayak and Turo.

    • Plans start at US$120 a month for up to 10 vehicles, rising to US$175 for 25 and US$250 for 50. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Onboarding is a one-off fee between US$550 and US$1,500. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Trusted by 1,250+ operators in 85+ countries, from independent fleets to multi-location enterprises. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Syncs availability across your website, Expedia, Kayak and Turo. (source, read 20 October 2026)
  2. 2. Loopit

Fits when: Your hires run on repeat, like subscriptions, and you would rather pay a share of what you bill than a quote per fleet. Its two smaller plans take up to 100 vehicles with no stated minimum.

    • Rental and Recurring Core cover up to 100 vehicles and one branch; Recurring Pro has no vehicle limit and up to five branches. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Billing volume means all customer payments processed through Loopit; the fee is 0% on Rental, 1.9% on Recurring Core and a discounted rate on Pro. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Supports daily rentals, ongoing rentals, subscriptions and hybrids in the same fleet. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Setup or onboarding costs are discussed during pricing conversations. (source, read 20 October 2026)
  3. 3. Coastr

Fits when: You want to try before you commit and have migration handled. It runs a 14-day trial and includes onboarding and data migration support in every plan.

    • Built for vehicle rental, sharing, subscription, leasing and corporate fleet operators of every size. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • A 14-day free trial; no credit card required. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • No setup fee; onboarding, data migration support and monthly training are included. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • No prices shown; pricing scales with fleet size, with volume discounts. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Names Stripe, Worldpay, Global Payments and Elavon as payment partners. (source, read 20 October 2026)
  4. 4. Carz

Fits when: Your fleet is small and rented by the week, often to rideshare drivers. Billing counts only the cars on rent that month, so a fleet of three with two rented is billed for two.

    • AUD $7 per rented car per month, ex GST. Nothing for cars in the yard, billing capped at AUD $1,400 a month ex GST (200 rented cars without GPS), no setup fee, cancel any month.
    • No fleet minimum: one car or a hundred.
    • An investor portal with a weekly report and payouts, for cars that investors fund.
    • Tolls and fines go to the renter’s card on file, with your admin fee as its own line.
    • Not a fit: Carz is car rental software. RVs, boats and machinery are outside what it does, and it has no broker connections.
  5. 5. RentSyst

Fits when: Your fleet is under RENTALL’s minimum and you want a flat fee you can read in advance. Its smallest plan is one price for up to 15 vehicles.

    • Beginner is a flat €55 a month for 0 to 15 vehicles; from 16 vehicles it is €3.00 per vehicle, falling to €2.00 at 201 to 400. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Prices exclude VAT; a GPS and telematics integration is listed at €2.50 a month on every plan. (source, read 20 October 2026)
    • Installation is free, and a 14-day free version opens on registration. (source, read 20 October 2026)

RENTALL alternatives: questions

How much does RENTALL cost?

Its site does not say. Its pricing page, in the archived copy of June 2026 (the live site now refuses automated reads), names four plans and asks for a form so it can email a quote. HQ Rental Software, RentSyst and Carz all put a price on their own sites.

Is there a RENTALL alternative for fewer than 10 vehicles?

Yes. RENTALL’s minimum is 10 vehicles. HQ Rental Software’s Basic plan is sized for 10, Loopit’s smaller plans go up to 100 with no stated minimum, RentSyst charges one flat fee up to 15, Coastr says it scales from a handful of vehicles, and Carz has no minimum at all.

Does RENTALL handle weekly rentals?

Its homepage and pricing page do not mention weekly, long-term or subscription rental, so ask for it in the demo. Carz runs weekly charges every Monday, and HQ Rental Software lists long-term rentals with payment schedules.

Does RENTALL publish its payment providers?

RENTALL names its own processing, RENTALL Payments, and does not list gateway partners on the pages we read. Coastr names Stripe, Worldpay, Global Payments and Elavon. Carz takes Stripe, Square and PayTo.
