What if a car sits idle?
Off-fleet vehicles stop billing after 7 days. Mark a car under workshop or out-of-service and the meter pauses.
Can I lock in an annual rate?
Yes — talk to us at 100+ vehicles. We discount 10% on a 12-month commitment.
Who pays Stripe fees?
You do, directly. Stripe charges your connected account. Carz never takes a cut of your money.
Does the price include support?
Yes. Email + Slack support included. Founders are 4 hours away from any reply during AU business hours.
Will the price go up?
Customers grandfather in at the rate they signed at, for two years. Any change is communicated 90 days in advance.
How do I cancel?
From settings, one click. No retention call. We export your data on the way out.
